Also known as Pitaya, Dragonfruit is a striking looking fruit with an intense colour and shape, magnificent flowers and a great fresh taste. A member of the Cactacaea family, a cactus, from South America, it has adapted perfectly to the conditions at North Byron Farm.
North Byron Farms Red Dragonfruit is available throughout Australia and for export.
The exotic red flesh turns food a delicious shade of pink. Add it to smoothies, Dragonfruit bowls and use as a refreshing fresh fruit and colourful garnish. To eat the fruit serve chilled and cut in half. Scoop out the flesh and seeds much like a kiwi fruit.

Its all about the bees at North Byron Farms, and we care deeply about every one of them.
We provide a safe place, with plenty of food and water, for millions of bees to live, forage and reproduce. We use natural beekeeping principles to inform everything that we do to ensure they are healthy and robust.
In return, these amazing insects provide pollination for our crops and forests - and produce a range of unique honeys.
